Who We Are

About Aavir LLC

Aavir LLC is a chartered practice established in 2025 to provide engineering loss adjusting services to Insurers and Reinsurers which assists them in compensating their clients (policyholders) in accordance with the insurance principle of indemnity.

In addition, our experts are also qualified and experienced in undertaking complex engineering risk surveys assignments for local and reinsurance Brokers allowing them to precisely calculate their exposure prior to underwriting risks.

Whilst based in the State of Qatar, we are able to provide these services worldwide through our network of experts including hostile environments such as catastrophes caused by hurricanes in the Caribbean, political violence in the Middle East and earthquakes in Oceania.

Jubin Mehta

Director

Jubin is a UK qualified Associate Mechanical Engineer & Chartered Loss Adjuster who has handled complex losses for Insurers and Reinsurers across the Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific and the Caribbean. 


He is also a Fellow of the International Federation of Adjusting Associations, a European Loss Adjusting Expert and an Examiner for the UK Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters.

Jubin was also heavily involved in various losses which occurred during the expansion project of an oil refinery in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, the construction & operational phases of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 stadiums in Doha, State of Qatar and the catastrophic losses occurred from Hurricane “Maria" in the Caribbean.

Paul is a Chartered Consulting Engineer and has worked for most of the large adjusting houses as well as some of the smaller niche London market specialists, as both a direct employee and consultant, engaged on losses up to several billion dollars around the world.

Paul is a multi-disciplined engineer covering Chemical, Petrochemical, Mechanical, Structural and Power. Paul has been engaged worldwide and specialises in Major and Complex losses of a technical nature.
